The marketing outlets of Behbud's Industrial Homes are set up to promote the skills of the underpriviledged women (and men) providing them a livelihood. It is the major outlet for Behbud made household linens and embroidered garments. A number of 'boutiques' in the major cities serve as the storefronts for them.
Behbud's first boutique started as far back in 1970 in the shape of a Thrift Shop in the basement of the Holiday Inn.
Similarly, other branches opened their own outlets to sell the beautiful work produced by the skilled and trained women workers at Behbud's centers. The women work on traditional hand embroidery and other household crafts, and children's clothing. This not only generates income for them, but helps in preserving our beautiful heritage and arteasian skills.
